Victoria Prizzia | Exhibit and Interpretive Planning Director

For the past 14 years Victoria has engaged in work that merges the cultural and education realms. Her varied experiences and educational pursuits have provided her with a broad understanding of the interpretive planning and design field.
Her diverse experiences and educational pursuits, including a Master of Arts in education and Master of Fine Arts in interpretive planning have provided her with a solid foundation for analytical thinking and on-the-fly problem solving, learning from past experiences as she continues to evolve as a professional in the field. She regularly presents at regional and national conferences, is a working member of professional groups and has a network of contacts within museums and consulting firms that spans the country.
Victoria is intimately connected to the field of higher education. Between 1995 and 1997 she worked for the New England Resource Center for Higher Education (NERCHE) at the University of Massachusetts, facilitating five different think tank groups that were brought together to create solutions to the many contemporary challenges faced by the field of higher education. She is currently an adjunct professor at both the University of the Arts and Drexel University. Victoria has been teaching graduate and undergraduate classes for the past four years using curricula that she has continued to develop and refine.
Victoria has been a lead contributor to the development of Interpret Green programs at the PSEG Energy and Environmental Resource Center, the DuPont Environmental Education Center at the Russell W. Peterson Urban Wildlife Refuge and a national city tour for solar energy sponsored by Sun Edison, the African American Museum of Philadelphia, PECO Crown Lights,  the Philadelphia Holocaust Memorial and Ellis Island. Victoria also maintains an independent consulting practice through Habithèque Inc. and Interpretive Space.
